This soulful art is born of a beautiful collaborative friendship.
As an Australian author I needed an illustrator who was inspired by my spiritual teachings and observations. And I found Katherine Close, an Archibald accepted artist who embraced the opportunity to work with me.
We created the artwork for my books and the illustrations were so popular that we got busy adding colour and a few twigs to create insightful wall art. This is why the majority are portrait orientated. Most are adapted from Spirituality, Evolution & Awakened Consciousness by Lorraine Nilon.
The artwork had to have soul! I wanted it to make people feel, and to remind them of their authenticity.
I supplied the concepts and quotes. Kath had the exquisite skills to make the art worthy of the description "soulful".
Collaboratively, Kath and I poured our heart, soul and time into the mission of having art that touches the souls of others. Now you'll have see if it speaks to you!
